Full end-to-end NPD Project Management for the ProFresh launch by Fisherman’s Friend brand. The project was led from ideation to successful market release. This included overseeing every phase of development. The product was launched on time and within budget.

Overview: Led the full project lifecycle for the launch of ProFresh — a lozenge developed by Fisherman’s Friend for the Swiss and European markets. The project involved managing every phase of development, from flavour ideation and packaging redesign to manufacturing, marketing, and regulatory compliance.
Within the first 12 months, the launch generated over €7 million in sales, with continued expansion into new European markets.
